Hello, I recently cleaned all of the corrosion off the copper bus bars on my traction battery. When I got everything put back together I went to start the prius up and got the red triangle. I then remembered that I forgot to plug the master orange switch back in. After doing so I still had the red triangle so I turned the car on and off a couple times and it went away. Is this normal behavior from forgetting to put the master switch back in an attempting to turn the prius on?

At what point was the 12v aux battery connected / disconnected ... it sounds like codes got recorded that the hv pack was nil.

I did push the lever down yes but as for the 12v battery...well I forgot to unhook it...whoops! Did the code get erased by turning the car on and off?

Yes. If the original condition that threw the code no longer exits, then "x" number of power cycles will clear the light.

Thanks for the help all! And that video is very informative. The Vids he has about the CVT are also very cool.
