Did you also check the two fuses?

When you replaced the brake actuator, was there any damage to the wiring harness leading to that part, resulting from the accident?

 

Yes there is...i got the other connection should i re do the wire harness? And where are the fuses located? Ohh but the wiring harness only got damaged where the lock is and the red wire but only the plastic cover got damage...but i should redo the wire harness right?

 

Check the ABS MAIN 1, ABS MAIN 2 and ABS MAIN 3 fuses, and the ABS 1 fuse, which are all located in the main relay/fuse box next to the inverter. Also check the ABS 2 fusible link which is part of the 5" long rectangular box with a clear cover. There are several links in that box. If any appear to be burnt then you will need to replace the entire fusible link assembly.

Regarding the wiring harness damage, you should obtain the factory repair manual and the electrical wiring diagram via techinfo.toyota.com so that you can test the wiring using an ohmmeter. It would be best to repair any visible damage by replacing the damaged connectors, but that is not easy to do.
