Rattling/marble sound at low RPM (not related to TSB?)

2010 Prius with 100,020 miles on it. Car has had regular oil changes on schedule with M1 0W-20.

Noticed engine rattling/marble sound at low RPM under load a few weeks ago. This is not just when the engine is cold or on startup. Sometimes when hot. It's also not all the time. It's felt/heard over on the pax side. Just wondering where to go (dash/engine mount?). I did download the TSB for rattling but the local dealer has never heard of it even when they asked their tech (?!? How is that possible?). It's a good dealer so that surprises me.

Thoughts on what to look at? No codes so far.

OK wife also reports it happened to her while not moving. It's normally experienced under load however.

Video would be helpful. Does the noise happen when the ICE is running? Could be a baffle in the muffler has come loose or a heat shield with a rock in it.

Yes only with ICE on. Going to get under the car now and start looking.

Sounds like it's solved. Found the hood holder bar (what is the official name for that anyway?) was not snapped into place and was resting on top of the engine. Makes sense.
