Anybody had installation done by this shop? Good or bad experience? What work did they do?

Any other recommendations for South Bay area, roughly El Segundo to Palos Verdes?

Thank you for any advice...I definately want to upgrade at least the speakers on my new Prius.....

I had a very bad experience with the Al & Ed's in Huntington Beach. They tried to dupe me - flat out lied to me about equipment features and capabilities - and wouldn't even give me a price until I basically said I'd do it. I ended up making my first complaint with the BBB. Fortunately I got my money back and they didn't actually touch the car.

Thank you...although its more of a drive than I'd like, Beach Audio seems to have good feedback. Can't believe there is nothing in the South Bay, but I'm still pretty protective of my new car....

I had an XM radio installed in my 2005 Prius by Al & Eds on Hawthorne Blvd in Torrance. They did an ok job. One installer - forget his name - had experience with the Prius, the other one did not. He may not be there still.

Suggest you insist on talking with the installer and ask him his experience on the Prius. The installers are less likely to BS than the salesmen.
