    Ghosts in the machine!

Last night, on about a 20 minute drive, I noticed all of my 5 minute mileage bars were at 0 while the Wh regeneration car/leaf things were stacked in each column. I wasn't using the NAV unit. When I switched over to NAV, the macro didn't push the "I Agree" switch. And once I pushed the switch, the override macro didn't execute.

Next I tried the Bluetooth and it acted as if the car wasn't moving because it stayed active permanently for the trip.

Coming back, I powered up as usual, without NAV again. This time(again while I was driving), when I switched into the NAV screen, everything worked as expected. Pressed the destination, and the macro worked perfectly.

Are we starting to see a trend here?

Can anyone please post pictures of the BT install? I would greatly appreciate it.

    Thanks in advance,

I ordered the NAV kit for both of my 2004s and had actually forgotten about the order (that's how long it took). Lo and behold, they showed up. The NAV enhancement was easy to install, just kind of tight quarters for the hands to work in.

It works as advertised - you have to remember to hit the "DEST" button after the auto "I Agree" takes place. Then some more on screen stuff flashes by and your passenger (hopefully not the driver...) can then manipulate the NAV system while you are driving - a big help when you're a bit lost.

I would also LOVE To have the "engine run/brake" kit - have one on my 2003 and it really is useul. The ICE is so quiet that you forget the vent fan or A/C is running and forcing the ICE to come on.
