    my prius hybrid battery all cell voltage above 8v but ask to replace???

    How do you know they are at 8v?
    Did you test while they are under load?
    That is what matters.

    You can see how when the module is without a load it may look fine.
    But as soon as a load is applied the voltage drops quickly.
