Extended Warranty

    I have been trying to contact someone at Warranty@priuschat but I haven't received a responce after several emails would like to know who is handling this so I can contact them directly.
    Thanks











    I have 2- 04s both with #9Packs 1 silver and 1 grey both have bunmper protectors and Coastals auto door locks

    You've got the correct [email protected] which gets you to Troy Dietrich. I don't know what the problem might be, because I e-mailed Troy Tuesday night and he answered me the next morning.

    Did you send your several e-mails on one day, or over multiple days? If it was just in one day, perhaps he was out of the office and will get back to you soon.

    I emailed him two days ago and got a reply yesterday.

    Are you emailing him from a "free" account that might be filtered out as a spam email?

    Well I did all that plus I have 2 different email addresses plus I sent him 2 more today still no responce even left my phone number,Monday I'm going to my dealer and see what kind of a deal they will make me since I have not received any responce since last Tuesday

    Grizzly, I just completed my transaction with him and had no hassles or delays. I do believe there is some problem with him actually receiving your e-mail, so if you haven't already purchased elsewhere please give him a call--I know you will be satisfied!

    I second that.

    I just purchased the Platinum $0 deductible extended care plan from him and the transaction was smooth as ever. He called me promptly and answered every single one of my questions; Told me exactly what kind of paperwork he needed from my end, and let me know when he recieved it. After paying with a credit card, I recieved the papers in the mail, within the week, confirming my purchase of the plan and letting me know that it is now active on my Prius.

    Just give him a call and I am sure he will be able to address any/all issues you may have.
