Anyone interested in side mirror covers w/ LED turn signals & puddle lamps?

    I had them added to my 2010 Prius and loved them. I bought that set on eBay.

    I've searched everywhere and don't see them for the 2016 Prius yet. As soon as they're available I'm planning to put them on. I think they're a safety enhancement, but they also look really cool and high tech.

    I wonder why a lot of car companies (Toyota, Honda) only put them on the top end packages and others put them on even their lowest models (Hundyai, Scion)?

    Yep, me too. I added folding mirrors with turn signal/puddle lights to my 2010 and it's one of my favorite features. It's surprising how much room it opens up in the garage when the mirrors are retracted! I wish it was an option for the 2016. Let's keep watching ebay and other sources. It would be a fantastic upgrade for the new model.

    Does anyone know what Gen4 Priuses have for "turn signal repeaters" in countries where they are mandatory, e.g. EU/Asia? I'm assuming it's a turn-signal mirror. Has anyone retrofit an actual other-market OEM turn signal mirror on a US-spec Prius? I think not having side turn signal indicators on this vehicle is unfortunate.

    I have a 2016 and the side mirrors do fold in but it has to be done manually..My wife's Kia Soul are motorized with a switch on the left door panel..

    As per side mirrors I am interested in the side mirrors parking (as it done in European models) and lowering on backward driving.
    Please advice.
