Just need a helping eye to weed out the modules that are suspicious of failure from someone with a more experience. Modules 7 & 10 are obvious but more seem to be on their way out especially 11 or from 3 down to 11 on the way out?

Those aren't module voltages - those are block voltages. Each block contains two modules.

Block voltages under 13V indicate the one or both of the modules in the block have failed. You will need to check the voltages of the 28 modules individually to sort good from bad. And that won't be as easy as checking the block voltages with Techstream. Lots of work ahead of you if you decide to pull the pack.

Correct I used the wrong term, I meant block voltages. I cleared the dtc code and drove for 30 mins and I checked and no code or no message showed up.

You've got quite a mess there.
Some blocks at 15v while others are at 12 or 13v.
Got through and charge them all up to full, and load test them individually.
That would give you the best information.

Otherwise, just skip this advice and continue to watch and replace only as needed as different blocks fail.
That would save you the time of going through them and the cost of purchasing charging equipment, etc.

I was reversing into my driveway which is on an incline at the moment it did happen with AC on and battery monitor was around 3 bars. After the mil light appeared I checked the code and cleared it. It charged to 55% then ice shutdown as usual. Reading after of modules were 16.5ish at 55%. Left home again on a 30 min drive and no change in behavior or no code or pending code when I returned home. I do have the hybridautomotive charger/discharger but I have yet to use it to actually recondition the battery by fully discharging the battery. I think I should identify the failed or failing modules first. From what I have read here majority of persons when the code appears and is cleared within a few minutes of driving it came back. That didn't occur with me or do certain conditions have to be met?

How long do you want your repair to last? Days or months? Maybe you'll get lucky and
the grid charger will solve the problem without additional effort - opening the pack.

Looks like you have some really weak modules there that could fail tomorrow or soon after.

I'm awestruck that the triangle of death hasn't popped up on your dash again. With
those block voltages it should have done so within five minutes of driving.

I think you are facing a combination of problems.
From your signature I see you are located in Barbados? I so, your environment is hot and very humid with a high concentration of salt in the air.
This situation is not beneficial to electrical contacts, hence I think, the copper links in between cells are very sulphated no permitting a proper conductivity. Also is very likely that some of the cells are in the way out
Indubitably, you will have to open the battery pack for repairs and cells replacement. Do yourself a favor and remove all links, brush all copper surfaces with a soft steel brush and cover them with vaseline to protect their surface and then re-install them at the appropriate torque.

I'm a new member, what is your hybrid battery warranty? Has it lapsed?

Here they only give 3 years warranty on the vehicle and battery or up to 100,000 km. To answer your question though ye it's up. Been driving vehicle since I cleared the code and it hasn't reappeared. It's the strangest thing.
