I found this issue today after using my PIP for about a month. Front driver side's windows switch can not open/close the rear windows ( With un-lock button depressed), It can control front passenger side windows.

Anyone has similar issue or solution? May have to pay the dealership a trip. Thanks

It works fine for me. Take it to the dealer.

Fixed it with the procedure below, found in another thread: (need to perform on both rear windows )

initialize the function by performing the following procedure.
Hold the power window switch in the one-touch closing position.
Continue holding the switch for a further 6 seconds after the window
    has closed.
Hold the power window switch in the one-touch opening position.
Continue holding the switch for a further 2 seconds after the window
    has opened completely.
Hold the power window switch in the one-touch closing position
once again. Continue holding the switch for a further 2 seconds
    after the window has closed.
If you release the switch while the window is moving, start again from the
    beginning.
If the window continues to close but then re-open slightly even after performing
the above procedure correctly, have the vehicle inspected by your Toyota
    dealer.

I've now had this problem with my 2014 PIP. All three (besides the driver's door window) were not controllable from the driver's control panel on the door. In the evening, I noticed the three dysfunctional windows' switches were flashing on the driver's and each door control switch. I did this procedure from each of the three windows and now everything seems to be working, including the one-touch up/down function. It did nothing to do the above procedure from the driver's window control panel. It's not clear from the description above, but it worked to do the procedure from each of the three windows.

Don't laugh, but this solution may be far more simple than you ever imagined. Look on the door panel near the door lock switches and you should find a button that will disable all the windows except the driver's.
