Bluetooth Caller Id is always number, never name from phonebook

    I have Prius C 2013 and a Moto G 1st Gen Android phone. I am using the default contact app in the phone. I already sync all my phone's contacts with the car's phone book. I expect the display to show people 's names whenever I receive phone call through bluetooth. But I see only phone number. Is Prius C 2013 missing this feature? Or is it a misconfiguration in my car's setting or my android phone's setting?

    My iPhone connected to my 2013 C, shows the name of the caller. Not sure what the problem is but the C does have the name feature.

    good question, i thnk i noticed this too when i upgraded my 2 radio to a 3 radio.. can't recall if the 2 radio said the name or number..

    Still same car, same problem with new phone Oneplus N10 Android 11. Bluetooth caller id shows number only. My address book doesn't even sync with this new phone, worse than old phone.
