i don't have much experience working on cars. My first goal is to change the serpentine belt & a headlight bulb.

I don't have small hands, will my life be way easier if I buy ramps or something that allows me to get under the car? Not only for this task but for future tasks as well? Thanks!

The belt is easy to change, even if you have big hands. Just make sure you have a breaker bar and a possible pipe extension to give you a bit if leverage when loosening the bolts.

The headlight bulb can be changed by taking of the front bumper. Not completely, just slip it off the clips so you can remove the headlight. 3 bolts holding it
