    As in "fooling", to spoof the control unit by feeding it a false signal or current from an electronic sensor.

    Example: Spoof the engine coolant sensor signal wire to make the ECU think the engine is fully warmed up when it is actually at a lower temperature.

    Where is a list of the Prius models available, by year? I'm not finding it, but it must be here. I'd like to know the differences. Basics like this should be easy to find.

    It also has a camera facing the driver to determine if the driver is paying attention when the computer detects an obstacle ahead and will warn the driver of the obstacle.

    **Isn't that what our WIVES are for?? :)

    DCT - Dual clutch transmission, a vehicle technology which allows gears to be selected in fully manual or automatic mode

    OBD - On-board diagnostics, an electronics self diagnostic system, typically used in automotive applications

    TNGA - The Toyota New Global Architecture are modular unibody automobile platforms that will underpin various Toyota and Lexus models starting with the fourth generation Toyota Prius

    CHAdeMO - is an abbreviation of "CHArge de MOve", equivalent to "move using charge" or "move by charge". The name is also a pun drawn from O cha demo ikaga desuka in Japanese, translating to English as "How about some tea?", referring to the time it would take to charge a car. :)

    LRR - Low rolling resistance tires minimize wasted energy as a tire rolls, thereby decreasing required rolling effort — and in the case of automotive applications, improving vehicle fuel efficiency.
