I will keep a warm "hot water bottle" between my legs. :) Is anyone here old enough to remember those big rubber things?

Yup. I can remember the glazed ceramic ones as well and my grandfather used a firebrick here warned in the oven wrapped in a piece of old blanket. (Late forties, that would be)

    No, the 1940s!!!

So, how can I use that in my Prius? Put it behind my neck? Behind my back, like a lumbar support?
And when the water gets cold, you can just drink it! And emergency source of drinking water. :ROFLMAO:;)

UGH. This is my number one wanted feature. If I'm driving with just me and two large people in the back seat, which happens a lot as an uber driver, I get constantly flashed because the LED aim is way too high. Happens every weekend, and it's so embarrassing. As someone who's done proper HID retrofits on previous vehicles I care a lot about not blinding drivers.

Hopefully a retrofit is fairly easy

The 2016 model has auto-levelling. While it's not explicitly mentioned in the brochure (even the 2017 one), it is listed in the technical manual (sort of). I posted it here:

Or fill it with Jim Beam....

So do we Yanks have auto-leveling headlights, or don't we? I don't see my headlights moving when I bounce the front of the car up and down.:ROFLMAO:

You mean they stay stationary while the rest if the car bounces? Are they mounted to springs or something??

I get very hot in the summer from the sun coming through the side windows, like no other car I've ever owned. I'm shopping window tinters now.

@bisco, are you familiar with firebrick?

    Fire Bricks-VITCAS Refractory Fire Bricks

In my grandfather's house there was a cast iron fireplace (range) with a hob, oven and various integral implements built in to it. He would heat up the bricks in the oven during the evening then take them out before bed time, wrap them in blanketing and place them in their beds to pre-warm them. Feet could be warmed on them later until they lost their heat and were placed, not thrown, onto the floor till morning.

Very much Victoriana. He had been a coachman to the Earl of Dudley and saw the transition from horse drawn carriage to steam motor car
