I think I noted a version had issues connecting to Prii. I'm afraid digging through threads I bumped into one where I think it was in fact version 10.x that had this issue. Try 9 or 11.

    MT2L03 ?

    new update:

I can now read every ECU and get data back, except the hybrid battery. Sometimes I have to rescan multiple times but at least it is retrieving data. Now to get it to read the battery.

Are you using an elcheapo Mini-VCI cable from China? What rev firmware does it show?

Yes, it is a Chinese sourced M-VCI. On my cable, Techstream reports the version of the driver as v1.4.6 and M-VCI reports it as v2.0.4. Interestingly, the install file name said ...2-0-1.

I was going to say, also, that others have reported no end of connection issues with the cable they bought and this resolved when they threw it out and bought another. Some, who used a local seller, were able to return the cable and were sent a replacement, although this didn't always resolve the issue and they still ended up throwing it out and getting a new one from different seller. For $17 you can't really complain.

If you end up having to buy a new cable and you haven't already got a 64-bit driver, I'd try and get one that was 64-bit just to make it easier to install on a 64-bit OS, going forward. Of course you would have to have Win 7 (64-bit) or onwards to install it.

    See how you go.
