Temperature adjustment control does not work

I have a 2012 Prius c . I have always noted the radio to seem to not work on the first touch it always takes two touches to get it to react.. I never thought much about it but now the temperature adjustment gauge is not working, I can turn it and the temperature reading moves up and down but the heat stays at one temp. Every time I start the car no matter where I left the setting when I start the car it says 75. I can put on the ac and still there is air coming out at 75 . I can turn the gauge up and won and it shows temps from low to hi but the only thing that blows out is air at 75

No its not on I have turned it on and off etc. I am thinking of unplugging the 12 v battery and letting the computer reset .

75 is fine now but once summer comes i will want my ac again
