It's also worth noting that many roads are designed to slope downward from the center, so if you're in the right lane, there will be a slight slope to the right. For me, a slight drift to the right is a safety feature. I would be VERY alarmed if my car had a slight drift to the left - into oncoming traffic.

That being said, I don't notice a drift at all in my Prius. Plus I keep my hands on the wheel at all times!

Curious, since you have tire pressure monitors. If the system had been set/reset when the pressures were proper, it should have lit up the warning light when that tire dropped. Sounds like it was wrong from day one. I wouldn't be surprised, I drove my car 200+ miles from the dealer the day I bought it. Didn't have time to check the pressures at the lot as had been on the "Make sure you do this before you drive off" list here. I checked them the next morning, one rear tire was at 49 pounds! Well over the plate on the door, well over the higher pressures people run and 5 PSI over the max cold pressure listed on the tire. Nothing blew so I guess there is a lot of 'safety margin' in the max PSI listed.

Just look at how this thread began.... a call to all prospective and current Prius owners...........Technical Difficulty......

Why's everyone like, d'oh.....the dealer goofed.....(of course, they ROYALLY did fall for this one)
but, Isn't something basic like tire pressure the responsibility of....the owner.......Oh, there I go again.... never mind.

That issue was not the problem, and his pulled to the right.
With personal responsibility it would have never gone to the dealer.

    Good lesson here though,
If a car is pulling from center there are several possible considerations...
Start with the simple and go from there.
    1. Crown of the road. does it pull on other roads or other lanes?
    2. Tire pressure. is it even, side to side?
    3. Alignment. within spec?
    4. Suspension. broke or worn components, or technical issues?
    5. Tire casing inconsistency. if all else fails, swap the front tires, side to side and often that solves the problem.

Along with all the other things, has stray voltages or currents in the power steering system ever caused problems with the steering pulling?

Just a thought, as the Prius is the first car I have had with this sort of power assist.

HiHi. I'm really late but super stoked about this post.
I just inherited my Mom's and all specs are same as(LONGO also).
I felt likei was losing my mind until now.
YES! The freaking thing TOTALLY drifts to the right.
Even post alignment, etc. Is good for like a day and then...DUN DUN DUN.
I've seen a similar issues in other Prius chat rooms and it was suggested that tire inflation be adjusted to 4240 and while that does make a huge difference and make the car so much more stable and not terrifying to drive rapidly it's, I don't know-it's like the tires are hypersensitive to maintaining air or something.
