2013 Prius v (lowercase v for the Prius v wagon) won't start after front brake pad replacement

    Debatable. It shows voltage while the the car's semi-on, which muddies the waters somewhat. Continuing question marks for me:

    1. Did you do repeated pumping of the brake pedal prior to reconnecting the 12 volt? If not, there's a chance the car's upset due to excessive brake pedal detected.

    2. There are no trouble lights displaying, once the car has "booted"?

    Got it running. The orange latch for the other battery was not on all the way.

    So you disconnected the HV battery also?

    Yeah, I have no idea how that happened but oh well.
