I got Kensun bulbs. The two I have in right now run at a slightly different color temp, but that may be buecase I have two different kinds of ballasts installed (Factory original Toyota on one side with 180k miles, some offbrand OEM replacement on the other). They have only been in for a few weeks, so time will tell. I have extras if they go bad.

Hah, I keep one of those in the kitchen, can just about pull the skin of my fingers with spagetti sauce jar and the like. Another 10 years: they'll find us dead, surrounded by elder-proof jars and containers, lol.

Headlight bulb bayonet mounts can be a pain, for sure. Spray a little lube does help, and it can be just a bit of burr on the plastic, hanging things up. Doesn't help that it's crazy cramped quarters, just trying to get a hand on it.
