both. I monitored them both every 10k and they had no problem holding up to 50k

I'm at 65K kilometres on both original filters. The engine filter looks almost new; the cabin filter is a bit grungy, but meh.

    Do you vacuum them regularly?

I've never done anything to the engine filter, wouldn't either: just monitor and replace when moderately dirty. The cabin filter I've vacuumed and blown the dust out, maybe twice now. The atmosphere is pretty clean here I think.

I wouldn't vacuum an engine filter - It could rip the medium and damage your engine. Some on Bobistheoilguy.com keep the engine air filter until it's too restricted - their UOA show the lowest silicon numbers (dirt ingress). Unless the filter is torn or warped, pictures have shown you really can't determine the restriction by how it looks. There are some air filters that look brand new and should be changed. Others are pitch black and are fine.

If you want the longest life out of your air filter and want to catch the most dirt you'll need to install an air restriction meter. They're cheap.

Likewise, I just give both the cabin and engine filters a few gentle taps when I examine them, to remove larger debris

HSD equals Hybrid Synergy Drive, Toyota's euphemism for the overall hybrid system.
WS equals GENUINE TOYOTA ATF WS, Toyota's fluid spec'd. for use in the transaxle.

FYI, if you're gonna drive that much, you might as well get something simiar to what I have.. 3 years unlimited aignments/tire rotations. It cost me $150 upfront. I'd easily save money after 2 years of using it.
