    Here in jordan cos almost 200 -250$ programming

    Toyota Techstream software and MVCI cable, $24 for both. You'll also need to buy some "G" keys.

    I programmed 2 extra master keys last month because my car only came with one key.

    Just bought a 2012 Prius C two with less than 20K miles (Rebuilt Tittle) but the car came only with one key. I badly need to make a spare key for this car as soon as possible. I need some help on the following:
    1. Where to buy the key fob that will work with reasonable price?
    2. How to program the key?
    3. Should the key be cut first then program it or reversed?
    4. Where to have the key cut?

    EBay has the spares for around 20 to 25, you'll need a pc running Windows 7 32 bit, the Toyota software and pc to Toyota usb cable, the cable and software come in a bundle that costs around 20 or you can search for Toyota techstream latest version on Google and buy the cable by itself which should cost around 15

    Finally, my son successfully programmed the key I bought from Ebay costing $22. The really challenge is to install the software in a 64 bit operation system because we don't have a computer that is under 32 bit OS anymore. The total cost is 22 + 25 (paid for the Techstream + Cable). Thank you all for the information.

    For anyone who doesn't have (nor want) a 32 bit Windows computer, this little device works great. Just successfully programmed a replacement key with transponder I bought on eBay. No issues whatsoever. All you need is to do is have your local locksmith cut the blank and then follow the (somewhat odd) directions printed on device's case. You'll need to toggle the switch shown in the photo accordingly to program the chip and/or the remote. I programmed the chip first and then did the remote.
