Now come on! Using the words 'me' and 'thinking' in the same sentence has to be a mistake. :ROFLMAO:

Invisible Glass, micro-fiber cloth, Mr. Clean Magic-Eraser, just like the chap on youtube, the same guy that recommends Invisible Glass, micro-fiber cloth, Clay-Bar, then regular Carnauba wax for outside of glass (even better than Rain-X)

Sadly, CARB happened. Our wonderful friends in California's government decided to severely limit the amount of VOC's used in consumer products. And, since you can't really sell anything in the US without selling it in California, almost all consumer products that used to use VOC's had to take them out. Most of the time, performance took a big hit.

    What are VOC's? (n)

The way my stuff cleans (posted earlier) it's probably chock full of VOC's, lol.

Yup, there's the reason you can't buy this in the US...

I've been using Invisible Glass successfully on my previous Prius cars for years, but when I got the 2021 home and tried to clean the interior glass it just seemed to move whatever that material was around. Then I tried Windex, same effect. My spousal unit suggested a half and half mixture of white vinegar and water with a dash of isopropyl alcohol (91%). I balked at first. But then after driving to work and back one more night and trying to see through that mess I gave it a go the next morning. Mixed it up in a bucket and used a couple of microfiber towels. Wash, rinse out the cloth, wash again and rinse. Went all the way around inside the car a couple times. Gave it a chance to dry and problem solved.

I use straight isopropyl alcohol on a terrycloth covered sponge. Works really good - removes the haze.
