Okay, we have a deal. Some details to work out (like when I can go get it) but we do have a meeting of minds. ROAD TRIP!:eek:

More to follow when I pick it up.

I've had it back on the road for 14 months now. Towed it home from Texas, easy as pie. I was able to drive it up on the tow dolly, it started right up with a jumper battery. I got it a new 12v when I got home, and a brake booster pump and accumulator--bled the brakes and it was fixed. I ended up putting a new inverter coolant pump. Painted it bright red and put some nice wheels on the decent tires that came with it.

I took it north to coastal Oregon for last summers solar eclipse. It did really well and had plenty of power for passing and the mountain grades. I love this car--203,000 miles and it's like a new car! One of these days, I'll install a Prolong grid charger pigtail on it and replace the shocks and rebuild the front end. Might as well, this car's gonna last forever!
