Did you have to remove one of the motor mounts and lift up the engine on that side to access the water pump? I did this on my 2006 Scion XB. Just trying to see if it is a similar removal.

Actually, its "70"'s and was all the rage to install in California Bugs. Didn't know they still made these.

Take a look at my bung hole. :sneaky:

My O2 bung hole for all you dirty minded folks! I welded it up for my AEM Wideband sensor and since I had my headers removed I decided to heat wrap it up. I know, it's overkill.

Cool, that should at least keep some heat out of the engine compartment.

What are you planning to do with the wideband?

Installed Valenti smoked tail lights. I think it looks much better than stock.

Nope. All I had to do is to take the air intake out and it's sitting there. Very very easy to get to.

How do they look during the daytime? Are the tail lights pink-ish when on?

Wow! This car continues to amaze me. On another point, while at work yesterday I overheard a coworker talking about cars and she was asked if she drove a Prius and she said, "NO, I hate Prius'!". However, another coworker just purchased a Prius Prime and all other coworkers are blown away at how cool it looks and all the features.

You can get the "pinkish" red light in using very bright blue bulbs if that is what you are looking for. I think it gives a cherry red kind of glow.

My questions was more towards the white "tubes" of the running lights / tail lights. I've seen quite a few on the road like that (not Prius) and they look more pink than red in the daytime. The brake LEDs light up red, but the tubes have a pinkish glow for the ones I've seen.

I don't want this look. I like the Valenti lights, I just want to make sure before purchasing.

For instance, in this video, they look terrible during the day. Is it just this guy's camera? Or do they really not "fill" the tubes with light?
