Yes, but that was two months ago, and a lot of the folks here are at the age when the memory starts to go :)

I act anywhere's from 10 to 70, have been "chastised" by my 29 y/o daughter for "misbehaving" but the signature says it all for this year folks!!

(I'm pretty sure if I could give these old knees of mine to someone else that I would get into a whole lot more trouble!)

I'm also surprised by the number of young'uns in their 20's, even teens.

Not many in 30's and 40's.

Second largest group is the 50's -- that's where I belong.

Why do you this is? The young, the late-middle-aged, and not many in-between?

46...And just saw my SECOND Beatle in person last week...Ringo (at 65, for those keeping track) ROCKS! And the mosh pit with the walkers and wheelchairs was way kewl... ;) I saw George in the early 70s at the Montreal Forum (which no longer exists, sigh). The tickets were $7.50, and I was outraged! I gave up on Paul's silly love songs years ago, and missed John, so my batting .500 on BeeAtEl viewings is as good as I'm gonna get. We brought our 18 yo drummer son with us--pointed at Ringo and said, that's what we'd like for you dear, so you can support us, like, next year, when we stop remembering how to tie our shoes...Or sooner.

I also remember the weekend after JFK was shot even though I was not quite 4--there were no cartoons on, and John John was really cute, but too young for me--11 months younger, which, at 3 and 2, is quite a gap. They had stopped ducking and covering by the time I started school in NY in '64. But there was Romper Room. And "My Mother the Car." And roller skates with metal wheels that you needed a key to attach to your shoes.

Oh now look what you've all gone and done...

So you have mentioned...And you keep ignoring requests for a link...Are we having a senior moment, Casper, as suggested below?

Candlestick concert was '66, the last live Beatles concert (other than the free concert on the roof for the Let It Be sessions).

I saw McCartney last October. One of the best concerts I've ever seen in all of my 53 years. My wife saw the Beatles at Shea Stadium in '65.

I don't know that I would have enjoyed that...I remember seeing Hard Day's Night and Help when they came out (although I was 4 and 5, and my sis was 7 & 8, our mother was 29 and 30, and definitely into the Beatles!), and being disgusted--at 4 & 5--that I couldn't hear the MOVIES because all the girls were screaming...Live, I understand, was worse! And while George was pretty small at the hockey arena, Ringo was in a 1600 seat theater...I mean, it was like he was in my living room! He was bigger than on the screen on Ed Sullivan! AND I could HEAR him...well, mostly--there was no screaming, but everyone was singing along! We all live on a yellow submarine, a yellow...With a little help from my friends...Good thing you can't hear me either... :D

Three weeks ago, in an attempt to convince Danny that we should try to agree on which polls were worth saving, then move them out from their present forums and establish a new forum just for them, I slogged through about 160 past pages of posts in the Main Forum and Fred's. I kicked a lot of old polls I thought had some general interest to the fore. About two people spoke up in support. The old polls slid back into oblivion. I'm not going after them again. I'll simply inform people that they exist from time to time, for their reference.

I'm 60, right on the cusp of the boomers - 1946-1964.
I want to thank all the young folks for driving a Prius, from me and my two grandchildren.
