I have a noob question about this.. Just started my profile on Fuelly. I just recently inputted 2 fuel ups stats on fuelly. How come my basic stats of mpg won't pop up.? Does it appear after how many records like 4? or I'm doing something wrong here?

    Thanks in advance.

Not sure, but someone else here was having similar problems lately. Could be a bug on fuelly site. Maybe that member will notice this thread, have suggestions.

You need at least two full fill ups for the stats to show up.

You did not input how many miles on that trip for Fuelly to calculate your MPG. I see price, gallons, but no miles.

+1 on no miles recorded. Here's the log on ours:

Tip: change the input to Odometer reading instead of miles traveled, then when you get your gas receipt, write down your odometer reading on it. Fuely will calculate the miles traveled for you. Relying on a trip meter is dependent on several things, remembering to reset the trip meter after fueling, and the service guys not resetting the trip meter when resetting the service reminder when servicing your car (happens frequently).

On Fuelly I use ODO reading to log, but on my own little old school notebook I calculate with Trip meter. Luckily the service techs haven't accidentally reset my trip meter yet.

I have a noob question to ask also... How to post the Fuelly icon here in Prius Chat signature? Here's my Fuelly page btw:

To share your mpg and make an icon in your signature, look on the right side of your fuelly page for your vehicle. Under Share Your MPG, click on the View All Badges and Stuff You Can Share link

Copy and paste the link you want to display from fuelly into your PriusChat signature.

I'd second odometer, much safer, never gets reset. Easy to incorporate into spreadsheet too. I use tripmeter too, but mainly for feedback throughout the tank, and to cross check the two Odo readings.
