Checklist Spreadsheet for New P.Prime Delivery

Our P.Prime is slated for delivery on 5/23 (yes, 2017! After waiting so long, I was starting to wonder!). As such I decided to put all of the YouTube videos, and PriusChat discussions I've watched for months, to work: I created a Google Spreadsheet to function as a checklist of things to do:
- Prior to delivery, in preparation for delivery,
- During delivery,
- Shortly after delivery,
- In the first several days to weeks after delivery.



Note, by the way, that this spreadsheet looks a lot better in a browser than on the app (Tapatalk). If you're on the app, you can click on this post and hit "Web View," but best to view it on a computer with a good-sized screen.

This also assumes that you want to set up and take advantage of every single possible feature, on the P.Prime Advanced. If you're getting Premium or Plus, or if you're not interested in some of these features, then obviously just ignore those items on the spreadsheet.

Since the last Google Spreadsheet somebody kindly created (regarding P.Prime active-safety features) got mangled somehow, I marked this one as editable only by me. If you have anything you think should be added or changed, I'd love to hear it. Thanks!

But on the practical side, I probably won't be able to take not than one day off from work when it comes in, so planning ahead won't hurt.

Since we placed our order in mid-January, I've been watching many Prius-Prime videos that talk about how to configure P.Prime features in general. My goal for this spreadsheet is to summarize all of the YouTube videos and PriusChat discussions (and so forth) all in one place, more or less in the order needed to set up the P.Prime quickly once it arrives.

That is, "next I need to set up X, and over in column D is of one or more YouTube that show how to do that."

FWIW, I don't think I changed anything either on the publicly-visible version of the spreadsheet nor the JPEG image.

Also FWIW, it probably all works and looks better from a computer rather than a smutphone (haha) or tablet.
