Quick update: Got back home and on the ramp. Zero oil I could see dripped. All I can conclude at this point is oil filter might have come loose after ~2k miles ? ... For now I'll take that and see if anything else develops during the week.
Thank you all for your suggestions and feedback.

Did you have to reseat the o ring in the filter housing? Many people put the o ring in the wrong spot and tighten. That's where it'll leak

O ring was in the right place when I took off the filter housing. However it looked like all the oil gushed out this area so must might have been just that or any other guess is as good as mine.

As I remember it, the o ring sits 1 slot above the last position. I can't remember the correct terminology for that thing.

If its high, horizontal leaks from Valve cover(rubber gasket), {A}camshaft housing sub assembly(grey rtv), {B}head gasket. {C}Stiffening crankcase assembly(grey rtv) In that order.

Vertical leaks can be from timing chain cover(grey rtv)

The "oil filter loose" won't leak oil. The "o" ring is sealing on the sides, not the end. It will seal the same for at least 3 turns of the housing. Notice when you remove it it doesn't start dripping until the housing is almost off. If you didn't lube the "o" ring when you installed it may have twisted and left a gap when you turned the housing into the engine. Removing it and replacing it will fix that, because it gets soaked with oil. Of course, if it got pinched and damaged then all bets are off!

I lube the "o" ring with Lubriplate grease, mainly because the engine oil just feels too "watery". So far its worked just fine.

    Interesting "mystery".

I have no concrete answer here, but I'm very curious as to what get's discovered.

At this point? Part of the problem is you may or may not have two related but separate problems. Whatever caused the rapid loss of Oil, and now the potential damage to the engine because of operating with no Oil. One may of caused the other separately or as a result of the other.

Good Luck at tracking down, source and cause, and extent of damage.
