2012 plug-in won't play messages from iPhone 7

    I just bought a new phone and now I can't receive messages. This happened once before and the dealer was able to fix it but I don't have time to go there right now. I read the manual and I am missing the message set up screen from the menu. Any suggestions?

    I also have an iPhone 7 and all features are working as expected. Make sure you have Show Notifications on in the the iPhone's Bluetooth Settings for PRIUS PLUGIN.

    It's also a good idea to be running the latest version of iOS (10.3.2)

    If it is still a problem you will need to delete the iPhone from Prius' Bluetooth items and delete PRIUS PLUGIN from the iPhone's Bluetooth items.

    Once they have both been deleted, re-pair the iPhone and Prius. This will correct any issues, but you'll need to resetup your phone preferences on the Prius.

    Thank you so much. Your advice did the trick. The problem was with the Bluetooth notifications on the phone.
