I'm going to be selling my Prius in the near future. Right now, it has Tanabe NF 210 springs on all four corners for at least a 1.5" drop.

I'd appreciate some advice. To make it more readily sellable, should I replace the springs with the stock ones?

Unless you have a specific buyer lined up that want's a dropped Prius, then yes, I'd change back to stock.
If you are selling it private party, you can get a feel from whomever the buyers become and decide whether you want to mention that you have a set of alternate springs available...at additional cost...
But first step? I'd go with stock height.

I think there is a larger market of people who just want a stock Prius suspension and a much more specialized market that modify the suspension. You want to appeal to the larger market.

Thanks, guys. I suspected swapping out the springs was the right move.

Yeah you will get the most money back selling it stock. Sell the parts on the side if you need to.

best configuration is stock. you'll appeal to 100% of the market that way
