    Toasted Walnut colour with bisque interior.

    Are there any recommended readings or videos out there to watch for brand new Prius owners?

    depends on what you're looking for. there are tons of mpg and maintenance youtube videos. just plug in prius and surf to your hearts content.

    So, funny thing happened last night... As soon as I got out of the car in my driveway last night, I heard air escaping the front driver side tire. The tire has a nail, actually it looks more like a screw imbedded in the tread. Back to the dealer she goes with under 50km mileage! Thank God for bumper to bumper coverage!

    doesn't that make you crazy? glad you're covered! we put brand new tires on my wife car, and she got 2 nails the first week. never had a nail in the 40,000 miles of the old tyres. now we have a brand new tyre with 2 plugs.:mad:

    WOW, bad luck. In the USA, new tires are typically covered under a separate warranty not part of the bumper-to-bumper coverage and tire repair isn't covered just defects.

    Been there. Sidewall punctures on new tires are the worst.

    You can watch this for fuel economy. It pertains to the 3rd Generation Prius liftback but the technique applies to all generations (except the Prime and PHV since those are plug-ins and in EV mode, they'll use a different technique to maximise range)

    Hello Randi, We purchased a 12 P V with 105K ...what kind of things have you replaced or serviced to give us an idea on repairs to expect? It has the 17" wheels with michelin ES tires W also have a '14 V w/ 60K and a 10 Pri 70K
