17k into my Prius 2106. After the first winter, I have been hearing a single "click" sound when making the first or right turn at cold start. It sounds like from under the car. This is also when my left back wheel start making metal scratch sound at cold start as well. The scratch sound comes and goes but the single click sound is consistent at cold start after the first right or left turn. It then goes away.

Anyone experience this issue? Normal or abnormal?

The scratch sound is not unusual and considered to be corrosion on the brake rotor being scraped off by the pad. This is normal.

Does that apply even when I am not pressing the brake though? The car is just rolling straight forward with a little bit gas.

The pad and the rotor are almost, but not quite rubbing together while rolling, but after sitting unused, say overnight, small amounts of condensation cause the rotor to rust around the edge of it's rim. This is normal and is rubbed off by the pads when the wheels spin up next time and that is the sound you hear scratching. Did that help you any more? I hope so, but come back if you want details.
