I received 2 months ago a recall for check the curtain airbags. They say that may be an issue with the airbag detonator.
Have anyone received this recall to?

Me too. Is this recall free or does out of warranty have to pay?

all recall's are free for safety reasons. but when you consider the time lost dropping it off and picking it up, it isn't even close to free. they should come do it in our driveway's or workplace.
and then there's the inevitable sales pitch while you're there...

Mine didn't take very long (couple hours?) and I wasn't subjected to any obnoxious sales pitch. They did, unbeknownst to be, jot down my radio ID and sign me up for two months' free XM including traffic data (all without a credit card, so it was really free, no hassle trying to make it stop after two months was up) ... and as I had travel scheduled to a populous coast city with XM traffic coverage, it was actually handy seeing the traffic on the screen.

I did mine along time ago, it's free and they know why I'm there, they never tried to upsell me. I dropped it off and came back in 4 hours to pick it up.

When I did the recall in December, it took an hour;).

Just long enough to test drive a Prime(y).

I have so much time right now. I broke a foot, and went to surgery last week. So I have so much time but can't go now. If they picked the car and do the service , that would be good. I have planed to do the maintenance to the Prius this week but.... he has to wait.

I did the recall, but I also had EVAP changed under the same recall, I didn't loose too much time because they gave me free replacement car.

That is something on EVAP system, they changed that on mine too, they also said it could take a long time but they got it in something like 4 hours, ask for a replacement car.

It might be country-specific. Since your profile does not list a country, nobody here can provide meaningful help :(
