    Are these guys hybrid certified mechanics? Can they test hybrid batteries? They don't seem to have a website & there's really no info about them online other than address/hours/phone number. @Ajourney101 can you provide more info on them?

    You can give them a call. They just recently moved to a bigger shop to handle the volume of hybrids they see daily. I cannot answer any specific questions on their behalf because i have not asked them about the hybrid battery on my car before. The only thing ive had them do concerning the battery pack, was just to clean the hybrid fan so it doesnt burn up prematurely from dust accumulation

    As far as hybrid specialist, most places will not be willing to work on any hybrids.

    Guru works on ALL hybrids.

    I cannot answer much more beyond any service I have had done already. Sorry

    I beg to differ. There are Prius cars all over Seattle, just about anyone will work on them, depending on what you mean by "work". A regular shop did my most recent oil change and replaced my water pump. I did go to a Prius specialist (found a great one down in Kent) to diagnose & take care of a check engine light that was intermittent.

    Why do you say they are hybrid "specialists"?

    Sounds like you should go down there and investigate the business for yourself. Im just sharing info on a shop that has done good work on my vehicle numerous times. Better to ask a hybrid specialist, why they call themselves a hybrid specialist.
