Are you referring to the XenForo site admin or the PriusChat site admin?

XenForo is the Content Management System software that underlies PriusChat and allows users, posts, attachments, etc to be managed at a high level by site admins and their delegates. According to the post on Fuelly.com there is a setting for the image caching to trust or exclude certain sites from consideration. The reason for the limit on image caching is probably to stop the click bait type ads from being embedded in PriusChat posts. Fuelly.com uses images for the large badges that several members, myself included, use to post and track their vehicle fuel usage.

What we are asking is that an admin or delegate that has been granted access to the image cache settings, please add Fuelly.com to the exception list or tweak it's image cache update time frame to hourly or daily so that when fuel ups are posted on Fuelly.com they are reflected in our signatures in a timely manner.

I fueled up again yesterday and my Fuelly.com signature did not update here on Prius chat. Reply #20 details a change that needs to be made by Prius chat forum administrator to allow cached images from Fuelly.com. Could someone pass this information on to the site admin to correct. Thanks very much.

Is there any update to this problem? I am having the same issue. My Fuelly updates are not making it into my signature, though if I look at the signature in the editor, they are up to date there.

Please update this thread with any news on this.

Mine seems ok. Maybe once it's messes up it stays messed up? Have you contacted them.

FWIW, it's possible to dump in a bunch of entries, with a properly formatted spreadsheet, if it comes to starting afresh. You could start as a new member, enter a few of your most recent tanks, and if they behave dump the rest via spreadsheet, if it's a lot that is.

    But contact them first?

Contact "them" who? Fuelly people? I thought the problem was with the way PC caches images. In any case, I am a brand new Fuelly user. Only two fuel ups. I can certainly start a new one, but I don't see why it would be any different than four days ago.

For the time being I switched to a small badge, which seems to be updated properly. It lacks the number of fuel ups, but at least it's up to date.

Seems like people are still experiencing this issue with a large badge, or I am doing something wrong.

My large Fuelly.com signature badge does update now, but just once a week. I think I narrowed it down to Thursdays when the update of cached images occurs. I only fill up once a month so that is fine by me. I noticed today that mine was up to date immediately even though I just filled up yesterday. This could be because it has been more than one week since I logged into the forums via browser. Anyway the large badges are working for me, they just update once per week. Wait a week and see if yours updates. I needed to petition someone on the admin team at Prius chat to change the image cache reset frequency.

Just checked, mines saying 133 fillups, here and at fuelly, using large fuelly icon. I added a dummy fill up, bringing it to 134, but my icon here stayed at 133. As noted, guess there's some delay here.
