Traffic information stopped working

    I have a Gen 3 Prius 4. Couple of days ago, my traffic information stopped working. I turned off and on the traffic info button and still nothing. My antenna is fine. Any ideas? Thanks.

    That info is subscription only through SiriusXM. You're 3 month trial subscription, which they automatically enable after car purchase, may have expired. I think traffic is a $3.99 subscription add-on to their $15.99 package (which is totally worth the money, in my opinion).

    I purchased the car new in 2014. Just stopped working recently. Wonder why I had it for 3 years.

    Well Toyota has ended their contract with XM regarding traffic, no? They're using HDTraffic in their new vehicles.

    I lost my traffic information 2 years ago and they told me the Prius was no longer in their system as compatible vehicles so they won't sell me a subscription.
