    Well tomorrow will be a week since my last post. I have still not heard anything from the prius shop. I have Pm the guy as some of you all recommended as well as called the number listed and left another message. Still nothing. I believe I will call tomorrow again and if I still can't get in touch with anyone I will call my bank and talk to them about my options since the product was paid for about 1 month ago and I have still not received it or been able to contact the seller! UGH!!!

    Definitely be in contact with the credit card company / bank very soon to make sure you meet any dispute deadlines.

    While I believe the norm is about 60 days from the closing date of statement containing the order, don't get caught flat-footed by any shorter rules. And if the merchant hasn't given you any updates with 30 days of the order or most recent response, I believe you have some expanded cancellation rights.

    Well I just called the prius chat shop one last time. No answer during recorded business hours. Left a final message with my number stating that this was my third attempt to contact them by phone and that I had also attempted to contact by PM.
    I told them I had placed an order 3-4 weeks ago and had only received half of it.
    Told them if I do not receive a call from them in 24 hours I would be cancelling payment on the order.
    for everyone reading this I would encourage you not to buy anything from the priuschat shop.

    Sorry to hear of the trouble. Regarding the PCshop . . . business is business. Now you're playing with other people's money. Got to take care of "bidness" no matter how many other irons you have in the fire. If you can't handle the "bidness" then post a message as to why and/or when it will be handled. Flame away with excuses for the "owner" but business is business. Got to git er done.

    Yeah if they would just contact me and let me know whats going on I would be okay with it. It's not like the world would end if I didn't get the product for a couple more weeks. However since I can't even reach them after 3-4 weeks I have to assume that they have no intention of shipping the item.
    I just want the item I paid for

    Danny is the owner of this website, and of the PC Shop. Click on that link, and it will show how long ago he last logged in. The counter is now at 30 weeks and 2 days. As I mentioned in a previous reply, he is AWOL.

    i'm up to active exercises for the next 10 weeks, can actually raise my arm an inch higher than two weeks ago.:cool:
