I am having my windshield replaced by a bodyshop where some additional work is being done. I have insisted on a Toyota brand windshield because of the rain sensing ability and the Head's Up Display on my 2016 Prius Four. My insurance company approved that request.
I am wondering what is required to be done when replacing the windshield. Alignment? Calibration? What exactly should I be requesting? And should this/these be done by a dealer?
    Thanks! I appreciate the help.

Apparently there is some kind of re-calibration required for the camera. Think this can only be done at a dealership.

Yep, the forword camera calibration is needed after replacement of front windsheild. I had my Prime's windsheild replaced recently. You are lucky that your body shop did find windsheild for your car. I have heard both Gen4 Pri and Prime windsheild are on nationwide backorder. I had to wait two weeks to have mine replaced. My understanding is that there is no aftermarket windsheild for those cars yet. Anyway, your insurance should pay for the calibration, but you will need to take your car to dealer who can do this. I have seen reports from other people who were charged anywhere between $300-600, but I had mine done at my local dealer for $147. Good luck.

The recalibration (“Forward Recognition Camera Learning,” in Toyota’s terms; see T-SB-0184-17, linked in two previous threads) needs to be done after replacing the windshield, but as with all Toyota service, if it’s not a warranty repair, it doesn’t have to be done by a dealer.

If you have a Toyota Techstream diagnostic system, the ability to print the checkerboard alignment target from the Repair Manual, a Stand Base (SST 09870-60010) or equivalent, a level surface with an 3 m × 3 m open area in front of the vehicle, and a few ordinary measuring devices (level, plumb bob, string, measuring tape), it could even be a do-it-yourself job.

Toyota in the U.K. have issued their own bulletin, “Toyota Safety Sense Calibration Hints & Tips,” TGB-SST-0216, available by subscription to Toyota-Tech.eu. They advise, when marking lines E, F, H, and I, explained in the Repair Manual, to use “a solid bar that pivots from point C & D,” instead of the string called for in the manual.
