Glad to see that plug-in cars are making their presence a little bit more known to the general public. Can't wait to see what the coming years will do as people see more plug-in hybrids and more EV offerings from many automakers.

It's definitely a frustratingly slow process. But I'm looking at what could be in 15-20 years, unless plug-ins really take off in the next 5. I think as prices drop, ranges increase, and most importantly, people can charge them at charging stations in shopping centers, apartment parking lots, and workplaces, we'll see more of them on the roads.

Will take time. I assume many will take the same route I did. Hybrid, then plug-in hybrid, then BEV. Thankfully I'm seeing more hybrids out on the road that eventually may take this route.

The one I went to had many BEVs, a real good crowd, food trucks, bands and I got a chance to sit in the new Leaf.

The Nebraska one was rather lame, although I did get to see a Tesla Roadster for the first time in person.

This one had a Roadster along with a plethora of S cars. There were also a couple of X cars that the owners synched together that flapped their wings and doors together and flashed their lights.
