I'm curious about what you have completed in your car. I am reading that some only keep up with oil changes and that's sufficient. My dealer recommended the usual 130k maintenance... Coolant flush, changed brake pads, spark plugs etc....

    Did you do the same?

You probably won't get a lot of responses. We only have a handful of users with over 130k miles on their PC. I'm in the top 20 for mileage, afaik, and I have 86k miles. My first two years I was much higher, but then I was graced with a 12 mile round trip. That being said, I can answer your question up to so far. I do the maintenance suggested in the owners manual and that's it. Some people do a transmission flush, just to be ahead of a potential issue with the "lifetime" fluid, but I haven't yet.

Just sold a 2012 prius c with 234000 miles, got a 2017 prius c....the dealership changed the charcoal canisters 3 times, and regular oil changes with 0w20 synthetic oil...thats all...excellent car...mostly highway driving, some Kansas gravel roads...lifetime gas mileage was 53.5 mpg...hope that helps...

I'm about to turn over 95k miles on my C4. I bought it with 34k on it and shortly after buying it I did the drain and fill transmission fluid...just because I wasn't sure of its history and because it was easy to do. Since then, I do oil and filter changes with 0w20 synthetic oil every 10k miles, change the wiper blades when I need to, but that's pretty much it. Interestingly, I had to have the charcoal canister replaced twice (under extended warranty).

My 2012 Prius C has 74,000 km on it. I haven't had to do anything other than the standard scheduled service (oil, oil and air filter changes). I did have three of the incandescent marker light bulbs burn out within about a month of each other, but I was able to replace them myself so that was about as minor a problem as could be.

Oh yeah, I have changed the air filter once and cabin air filter twice. Plus, I replaced the left taillight due to a crack (caused by my carelessness).

87k miles. Both wiper sprayers replaced under warranty. Passenger airbag advisory performed. Normal maintenance every 5k miles. So far, that's it.

112k miles. Nothing other than regular or expected maintenance, like oil and filter, air and cabin filters, wiper blades. About to do a coolant replacement for both the ICE and the inverter, but I guess that would also be considered regular maintenance. Based on my last state inspection, I still have about 1/3 life left in the break pads. In other words, nothing has broken, broken down, or worn out earlier than expected. Keeping fingers crossed on the hybrid battery.

What's with the passenger air bag?

The passenger air bag is only supposed to be armed if there's an adult in the front passenger seat. If the air bag goes off with an infant or young child sitting there it could injure them. So there's a sensor in the passenger seat that's supposed to distinguish between a heavy adult and a light infant or child. The "Passenger Airbag: On/Off" lamp in the instrument cluster tells you whether the car has armed the airbag or not. The recall was to replace or fix that sensor in the passenger seat.

So its just the weight sensor that's malfunctioning. It seem to work for me. At least the light goes off when I have a passenger in there. But I haven't tried it with different weight children. Was this an across the board recall on all 2012's, or just certain Vin #s or mfg dates? I never received a notice.

I believe it was a blanket recall. I don't remember if I got a notice or not, but the dealer applied the fix on one of my regular service visits.

If your car hasn't had the fix applied then I think it would be worth talking to a dealer service department about it. While it may work fine today, it's still possible that whatever the problem is could rear its head later on down the line.

I checked my service history, and it turns out the dealer did replace it quite a while back during one of my free oil changes. Service tech didn't mention it, and since there was no charge, I didn't notice on it on the receipt. So all is well.
