Well, not a prius post, but while troubleshooting a weird door latch problem on my crv I found this fortune cookie under the carpet...after removing the front seat and pulling back the carpet. 5 minutes later I found a broken wire where the door wire harness enters the central pillar. I kind of ignored when I found it...but then started thinking this is too good. So, after 4 hours at the dealer, and 3 days figuring out wire diagrams, I luckily don't have to replace the micu

On a 94 Jeep Cherokee when I removed the carpet, I saw the ground .

But then I put a sheet of metal in its place and solved that problem(y).

The first date I had with my wife was with a 99 Dodge Avenger and she was happy when I opened the door for her;). But she was surprised when I asked her to open the drivers door:(.

Those cheap exterior handles would snap frequently .

But 11 years later, she still remembers our first date(y).

My Austin Champ wan't fitted with a heater, but I was young, living in England (weather is never as cold as it gets on this side of ThePond). As you will see from the pics, the top and doors were removable, making it the perfect vehicle to take to the beach!

My parents' 63 Ford wagon was the same, except that it never had carpet. And we lived out on a gravel road, nearly four miles beyond the last pavement.

After I complained multiple times about mud splashing up my pant leg (gas pedal leg, so the foot couldn't move away), dad had the shop weld in a metal plate to cover the big rust hole.
