Driving everyday 400 miles for Uber and Lyft my car is due for suspension work and maintenance.

So far changed Transmission fluid and rear hub assembly.
Just ordered these parts listed below.
    Front Struts
    Struts bearings
    Struts assembly
    Struts upper insulator
    Sway bar bushings
    Lower ball joint
    Outer tie rod end
    PCV valve
    Rear shocks
    Spark plugs
    Air filter and Cabin filter
    Intake manifold gasket

Also will clean up the EGV cooler and intake manifold.

Any other inputs for maintenance work to keep the car running smoothly.

How's your oil consumption (in quarts/miles please)?

You may be interested in the PCV oil catch can for fixing the startup misfire. It's quite easy to install.

Check your brake pads and rotors.
    Brake fluid flush.
    Sliding pins lubing.
Radiator and inverted coolant drain and refill.
    HV battery fan cleaning.
Throttle plate cleaning since you’re removing the intake manifold.
    Wiper inserts if they’re old.

Every few thousand miles I have to put half quart oil. In their way every week I make sure there is enough I'll in the engine not at the bottom of the dipstick.

    Phone break plans changed already.
Yes I forgot to mention the throttle plate cleaning which I'm going to do at the same time.
I also have all of your video saved in my phone which is going to happen in the second time maintenance might be in December.
Is there any guidelines or any video of how to install that oil catch can?
Again big thumbs up for nutz and bolts videos on YouTube.
One more quick question is there any video for how to clean the hybrid battery filter or something like that?

No video as of yet for the oil catch can. The HV fan filters in the video section.

Just don't bother pulling the back seat out. You can work-around that.

How many gallons do I need to do the radiator and invert Oakland?
Is it the same material that I purchase from the Toyota?

Two gallons will do for the engine coolant circuit. Spec'd capacity is: 7.7 US quarts.
One gallon will do for the inverter coolant circuit. Spec'd capacity is: 2.2 US quarts.

For both it's Toyota Super Long Life Coolant (SLLC), sold in gallons at dealerships.
