Prius not a "Gay" car.

I don't know if we should all be happy or insulted! :blink:

 

Demographically, people who identify themselves as "gay" have higher intelligence, higher income, and more education than the average population. And what do you know... they like the same kind of cars we "heteros" like. Maybe gay people aren't so scary after all.

At one point one of the major mags said the Mini Cooper was the gay man's car of choice.

 

No Passat? Last I heard, the Passat was the quintessential gay man's car, and the Subaru Outback was the lesbian ride of choice.

I know a few gay men who drive Passats and Audi A4's. (Same car).

Before the Mini Cooper, it was the 3-series BMW. I had owned a medium blue 2003 330Ci at one time but didn't buy it for that reason. It was just a nice-looking, good-handling, relatively fast sports coupe. I don't much like the new 3-series, or any other current, Bangle-styled BMW.

By the way, I used to have a dog that looked just like yours (unfortunatley she was taken by a brain tumor around age 7) ! Her name was Amiga...and everytime I see yours it makes me smile!

 

I had a gay friend in college who shared an observation that a lot of gay guys (including him) seemed to own red Toyota hatchbacks. I guess that might apply to the red Prius.
