I bought Snow Tires Rims and a new set of TPMS sensors for my new Prius Prime Advanced. I have a set for my 2009 Prius as well. There has never been an issue swapping back and forth Discount tire has done this each year for me for free. On the 2017 Prius Prime advanced they cannot get the light to go out. They have tried several times. Has anyone been able to do this outside the dealer?

They installed Schrader SCH 33500 sensors and have been using a Bartec 400 pro scanner with ODB2 support on both models. Its just not working on the Prius Prime. Any help greatly appreciated. I don't want to have to pay the dealer to do this twice a year.

I've had several tire replacements and rotations with America's Tire, both with my 2012 PIP and now my Prime Advanced; no problems with the TPMS sensors. If Discount can't help you, you should be able to get the rotations and settings for free at America's Tire, even if you didn't buy tires from them! If something is wrong with your sensors, they may charge you for the part. I recommend them in my area.
