    There's a thread on this forum about the goodwill warranty program. Not sure if I still have the details about who I talked to. You just deal with whoever answers and then they assigned someone to our case.

    The dealer I use is Magnussen Toyota of Palo Alto.

    Good luck. Our car is running fine now 4 months later.
