What was used to read those first four codes?

It seems most likely you're suffering from a code reader that isn't able to show you the codes that are giving you that triangle light. Getting those read would pave the way forward.

It can be capable of logging, and still only log the codes it knows how to read. There are on the order of a couple dozen computers in the Prius, and code readers that don't know half of them are even there will not give you adequate information to fix the car.

If you're using Techstream, then it's assumed you're seeing all the relevant codes. If you're using anything else, it's kind of on you to make sure it's getting the information you need. Some people make do with something like the ScanGauge II, or Torque on a phone, plus looking through these forums for the necessary programming to make those devices read Prius codes.

In your case, it clearly isn't getting you the information you need, if you have a triangle light and the reader isn't showing you the codes causing it to light. That just means another approach to reading the codes will be needed so you'll know what your car is trying to tell you.

check your o/m, there is also a fuse box by the drivers left leg.

 

Agree with others, you aren't seeing all of the codes due to a limited code reader. I'd get a $20 mini-VCI cable and Techstream and read the codes properly to diagnose. There are many threads on PC and elsewhere on the internet for this cable. Otherwise take it to a dealership.
