    Update:

The reset procedure above worked. I now have current Dec 21 data. Only problem is I'm missing Dec 20th data. He said the server group told him a data server was down. When you shut off your vehicle, it uploads your data right then. You have to be in a good cell reception area and obviously, their server must be UP and running. So my Dec 20th data is gone because the vehicle does not retain it. It has limited info, but not the detailed data that's uploaded. He wants to know if the Charge Schedule emails are sent tomorrow, but besides that, case closed.

ECO Dashboard is still updated only thru 4:46PM yesterday (12/20) -- but I just received a charge completion email about 20 minutes ago at 4:15PM today.

(My early version Galaxy smartphone is running an older version of Entune which does not handle push notifications. My work-around is a special email address for Entune which I set up to forward to my phone and to my wife's phone via text message. Seems to work well as long as Entune is sending out charge completion emails.)

Fix was just done today. You have to drive today again to update it for today, or wait until the next time you drive it.

OK, sounds good but we are having freezing drizzle right now so I think I'll wait until in the morning to drive again.

Maybe they could use another server or Level 3 tech support guy in Plano...one who actually drives a Prime.
(Of course, I'd have to trade my Gen 4 in and figure out how to charge it)

CRAP, I did another 30 mile drive tonight and it did not update. Last timestamp was 1:30pm today. Should have been 7:30pm. They obviously have crappy backend monitoring and or poor level of service. I was told today that most of the company goes on holiday break tomorrow afternoon and is not back until January.

Wow! Even IT and customer service? I've never worked any place where the whole company gets that kind of time off.

Also, I'm surprised they didn't build a very robust/highly redundant system, as far as the servers go.

Phones are not maned starting Saturday. says that when you call.

System may be redundant, but if a server can be down three days, nobody on the back end is watching. The front office people don't have the tools to diagnose that deep. Not uncommon support structure. You don't pass out "root" to everyone.

Wonder who's minding the store if a server can be down 3 days and nobody notices? No one gets an alert or anything? Don't need admin/root access for that, just some kind of monitoring tool to reach out and touch someone.

Sometime around 11PM EST, my ECO dashboard updated showing info as of 9:49AM today (12/21). It appears to reflect the 65-mile trip made yesterday (12/20) and a short local trip made this morning arriving home at about 9:45AM.

My guess is that Entune's systems are working again but struggling to catch up on a backlog of data from the past couple of days.

I'm just sorry that I'm no longer among the top 100 in fuel consumption because I can't see my cumulative total for the month and the cumulative number of miles driven. At least one more trip beyond EV-only range later this month likely will keep me from any chance of making it back among the Prime elite. But the sheep, pine trees, oranges, sun, rainbow and flowers are still there to console me.

Mine "did" update yesterday morning after doing their recommended reset session, but since mine didn't update last night after doing one of their recommended reset sessions, I decided to try it again this morning. I did a 16 minute drive at 5:30 am, powered down for 5 minutes, and did a second 18 minute drive, then powered off again. I checked about 3 minutes later and it DID update showing today's run.

Still no Charge Schedule notification emails. I'll call back on my case number this morning to let him know. Frankly, they need to OWN this and run with it rather than relying on us to alert them.

I guess we need to drive for 15 min, stop, and drive 15 min every day. It only takes me 5 min to drive around my whole town.

Except that did not work last night, nor did I have to do any of that prior to the last week. I'm tired of calling them at this point

Mark, I can see those IT guys laughing and saying, "Yeah, that guy is still driving around, stopping, and driving again. Maybe next time we can get him to rub his belly and sing a song to adjust his stats".

I've been trying to call this morning. 1-800-331-4331, 1, 3, and they say they are closed even though their normal hours are 8am - 10pm Central, Monday - Saturday. Must be office part time. Support guy said he'd be in today.

No, no, no Mr. Mark57!! The support guy is busy this morning, trying to get his PC unfrozen after doing his latest Windows Updates!! Don't you all notice, as cars have become more reliable; computers and software have become less so!!??
It's the END OF THE WORLD !! I'm going back to my abacus!!

No I haven't noticed. I switched to Linux a long time ago at home. :D I dealt weekly with the local, and regional and up Microsoft folks at work. Their company started to crumble internally over 10 years ago.

Perhaps I'll just forget about it all until I get back from the Rose Bowl.
