And we've got freaking 50mph winds and 77 degrees right now, but there's NO climate change!! I've lived in this area 55 years now; never seen this volume/intensity of crazy weather!

Yeah, if I drive around my "normal", surface-street based neighborhood, I'm hitting 35+ EV mile range!! It's really great to be off the gasoline "hook"!!
I'm frustrated though, thinking about all the Stupid Useless Vehicles and trucks stopped around me in heavy traffic, who are burning millions of gallons of gas annually, just IDLING and going nowhere. Our electrically enhanced cars meanwhile sit quietly, efficiently waiting to go. People really need to wise up!! Our current government is certainly not helping matters any!

I was sitting in one of those traffic situations you speak of during that snowstorm we had a couple of days ago. I could smell the gas fumes permeating into my car, I knew it wasn't me because I was still in EV mode:eek:

No t-shirts, shorts and sandals for you guys!! It must really suck to try to get around in that kind of weather!! You guys should do like my Texan brother-in-law and his family: come out to California when your weather sucks. Aside from some current smoke, a bit of wind, it'd probably be nice for you to dodge that nasty weather!! Hey Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm are open and, "down the street" !

Nah, we don't run from some "minor" temperature changes. We're used to 17° in the morning and 95° in the afternoon weather. ;) But I will be in Pasadena for New Years with 38,000 of my closest friends!

May the force be with you! Write down the case number, as you'll need it again.

The first two are paired - they are the fuel consumption and eco driving score of your last drive (it says it right on the phone)

The 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th - they are monthly summaries and get reset each month. The rankings are against all other Prime Advanced owners that have signed up.

The Eco Challenge is just the number of trophies that you've acquired. You can press that button to see the other trophies.

I see HPprimeadvanced got number 1 again. Nice job.
I finally got a 1st ranking today, but only with 66.5 miles.

Is there any of the various numbers to tell me how many MPG I am getting on JUST the miles driven with the ICE? I am curious what kind of mileage the engine is getting for just the gas portion.

I just watched a video where a guy drained his battery and drove a little over 40 miles and was averaging around 60 mpg. Dry roads and little terrain. Also running speeds up to 68 mph on the freeway.

I got a ton of business calls, luckily within 30 miles of home, and then spent hours, and hours researching charging stations to pretend I was a BEV running low on juice, and what kind of experience that would be like here in Orange County; it TOTALLY sucks! Almost as bad as getting a flat. PHEV for me for the indefinite future!! My knowledge gained of charger stations does offer the mad OCD owner of a Prime, the ability to run strictly on electricity for ridiculous distances, of course, at the cost of huge losses of time! I can schedule clients and support them while charging, but it is nuts!
