this is why i dont go to doctors or dealers, like my prius, when we die, we die.. who knows we might go together into the light..if the lights are the headlights of an oncoming gas tanker..

Great news! I get it back tomorrow. It came to only $491 and they replaced about 3k in parts that all fell under different extended warranties. They did have to order a headlight kit but they were not giving me trouble since last year. I will bring it back for that. I will list the parts they replaced after i get the invoice from dealer. He mentioned something about an inverter and maybe an ECR? Not 100% until i see the paperwork. Thank you all so much. You never let me down :) Prius guys rock!

Here is the list from the Toyota invoice:

Electrical diagnosis, new 12v battery, installation of battery, and wire cable for negative battery terminal $451

air bag recall completed - no charge
Headlights on order for known issue - no charge
transistor kit, plug kit ipm transister, inverter D - no charge
EGR cooler, gasket, egr valve kit, modify wire harness and reprogram ECU - no charge

Might have missed some things since there are so many abbreviations.

    Thanks everyone!

The typical invoice is maddeningly abbreviated, coupled with inscrutable acronyms, and just plain meaningless language. What interface it is they all (Toyota, Honda, etcetera) seem to use, it seems to have sort of character limitation. Limits your character, lol.

T-CP-ZF3-A110-D, applies to certain 2010-2012 liftbacks, certain 2012 PiP and v (and some 2011-2012 CT200h), no mileage limit to 31 March 2017 (that part's already past), then until the car's tenth year or 150k miles.

You need to show up with a cold-start rough idle or rattle, possibly with P0401, that turns out to be caused by a sticking EGR valve. You get a new valve, a bit of re-taping the wire harness, and an ECM flash update. T-SB-0027-16 has the instructions.
