How much am I looking at spending roughly and any recommendations??

With the exception of a hole seen in the first photo,, it might just snap back in place when it warms up.

Right, you may need to replace a few clips, but from what I can see from the photos the damage seems very minimal.

That’s what I’m hoping for but sometimes damages aren’t seen.

Are there any cracks in it?

No it looks like it popped out of place.

We couldn’t see any cracks so if they are there it’s not noticeable for us

First off, what is with the wacky weather? It's plus 7C here. You guys are halfway to Florida, slip-sliding in the snow?

You should get it under cover, clean everything off, maybe take/post a few more pictures. Check for missing/busted fasteners, compare to the other side. There are a variety of types. There's on at about 3 o'clock on the wheel well (as you face it), with a slot for a screwdriver, that needs to be turned 90 degrees to release, for one. Again, compare both sides.

If there's a chunk missing, at the top corner (as @Prodigyplace noted) see if you can find it in the snow. If you're missing any fasteners they're likely around there too. Maybe that corner (if broken) could be put pack and a little fiberglass mesh and 2 part epoxy could bond it back together. I believe body shops could also use some sorta hot-melt staples?

Depending on your resources/ingenuity, it might be possible to DIY, or hand over to a body shop. It might even pop back together, but I don't think so somehow.
